Know Your Rights: Georgia's 50 Percent Rule

Georgia uses modified comparative negligence with a 50 percent bar. If you are less than half at fault you can still recover, reduced by your share. A split-fault wreck is not worthless, so do not let an adjuster talk you out of a claim.
